About the Opportunity: A growth-oriented law firm is seeking a
Labor & Employment Partner with a
portable book of business of $500K+ to support expansion in Florida.
Practice Focus:- Management-side labor and employment counseling
- Employment litigation
- Wage and hour matters
- Employment policies and compliance
- Restrictive covenants and executive agreements
Key Responsibilities:- Originate and grow a labor and employment book of business
- Counsel employers on compliance and risk mitigation
- Lead employment litigation and advisory matters
- Cross-sell with corporate and health care practices
Qualifications:- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- Partner or Shareholder-level attorney
- Minimum $500K portable book of business
- Strong client-facing and business development skills
