Commercial & Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong Florida court knowledge to join their Real Estate & Commercial Litigation team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, ensuring end-to-end case coordination and deadlines are met
• Draft, prepare, and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence
• Handle Florida court filings, procedures, scheduling, docketing, and strict deadline tracking
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal attorneys
• Take initiative in identifying issues early, resolving case challenges, and supporting attorneys in real estate, commercial, landlord-tenant, contract, partition, and collections matters

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in real estate or commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of Florida court procedures, rules, and litigation deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills with strong ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong drafting, research, and case management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
