Job Description

A prestigious business Law firm in Hollywood, FL, is hiring a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its busy, growing team.

Requirements and Duties:

• Ability to manage a caseload from inception through resolution
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience practicing in state and federal courts
• Attend simple and complex hearings and make arguments on relevant issues
• Take and defend depositions, including party and expert depositions
• Attend mediation and engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel and clients
• Draft various legal documents, motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Collaborate on case strategy, handle legal research
• Regularly communicate with clients for updates
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business issues.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills are a must!
• FL Bar license, in good standing
