Quality Control Technician
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay Rate: $17 - $18 /hr DOE
Quality Control Technician Requirements:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Conduct regular quality checks using measuring instruments, testing equipment, and visual inspection techniques
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records and reports
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and areas for improvement in production processes
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production team members in a timely manner
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control protocols consistently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
• Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and management teams to meet quality objectives

Quality Control Technician skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
• Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
