Lee Physician Group & Golisano Children’s Hospital is seeking a board‑certified Physician to be our Medical Director of Pediatric Primary Care. This is a hybrid role with a mix of both Administrative (50%) and Clinical (50%). The role will be responsible for providing professional guidance and oversight to pediatric primary care physicians and advanced practice providers while focusing on excellence in care delivery, performance on value‑based contracts, delivering an exceptional patient experience, implementation of best practices and monitoring quality metrics performance for the growing group of 30+ physicians and advanced providers providing pediatric primary care at 8 offices across the region.

• Board‑certified physician in a specialty or subspecialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
• Active state medical license and ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
• Three (3) years clinical practice experience with a pediatric primary care background.
• Experience using EPIC Electronic Health Record.
