Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking primary care physicians to join their Homestead ambulatory clinic located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital serving southern Miami‑Dade County.

• Full‑time opportunity (Job ID: FY26-MIA-PRI-02-00T)
• Adult patient population only

• Provide preventive and proactive patient care, manage chronic disease, and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility by start date)
• Successful completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Residency training in an ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med‑Peds, or Preventive Medicine program is welcomed
