Reporting to the South Region Geographic Operations Manager and partnering with the CEI Operations Leader, this is a “seller-doer” role combining business development and project delivery. You will lead and grow client relationships, drive recurring and new sales opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to position Jacobs’ full portfolio of services.
As a Business Leader, you will oversee teams of Project Executives and Lead Project Managers across multiple projects and delivery models (DBB, CMAR, CMc, EPC, DB), providing leadership in safety, quality, schedule, financial, and risk management. You will develop high‑performing teams, deliver exceptional client service, and support growth across multiple markets.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $275,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
