Chief Business Officer

In this role you drive operational excellence across GVW Group's diverse portfolio of companies. You lead strategic planning, align executive teams, and monitor performance to hit targets while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, oversee financial health, and apply hands-on leadership to solve cross-portfolio challenges. • Develop and implement operational strategies for the portfolio's companies
• Guide executive teams to maximize performance and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and goals, taking corrective action as needed
• Provide leadership to management teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as central problem-solver for portfolio operational challenges
• Offer hands-on guidance and implement best practices to boost profitability and competitiveness
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of portfolio companies

• 15 years of senior executive experience overseeing diverse portfolio companies
• Strong background in operational management, strategic planning, problem resolution, and financial governance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with stakeholder influence and change management
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred)
