A profitable, founder-led legal services firm is investing in its first Miami-based sales hire to build the South Florida market from the ground up. The company supports mid-to-large law firms on M&A transactions and ongoing corporate compliance. Book of Business: You keep the accounts you win and are paid on them long term, with the goal of building a $4–5M book over time that you are paid on. Stability: Founded in 1997, with must-have services, a 95% client retention rate, and leadership actively investing in growth. Impact: You'll own Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton, one of the fastest-growing legal markets in the country, in an untapped market with an opportunity for internal growth. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of 90K-110K with OTE of $150K. Commissions are uncapped with accelerators, and top performers earn $275k-350k. Book of business model: you keep the accounts you win and are paid on them over time. Medical, dental, and vision: two medical plan options, including one fully paid by the company, starting after 90 days. Dental and vision begin on day one, plus PTO. 401(k) plus profit sharing after one year. Mileage reimbursement, cell phone, and internet reimbursement, plus an entertainment budget for client dinners and events. The Right Background: A proven hunter who is hungry, competitive, and strong at prospecting. B2B sales experience in tech, payroll, uniforms, copiers, or a similar environment. A relationship builder who is comfortable networking, hosting client dinners, and attending events. Self-directed and comfortable working remotely from Miami, with quarterly travel.
