• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
• Represent Utility Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities
