Paramount Legal is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join an International law firm in Atlanta!
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a highly regarded global firm offering a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) and exposure to complex, large-scale litigation matters.
We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has experience managing cases from discovery through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, document review, and trial preparation
- Assist with large-scale electronic document productions using database platforms (Relativity experience preferred)
- Review documents for responsiveness, privilege, and redaction
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial
- Organize exhibits, trial notebooks, and case materials
- Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and clients to support case strategy and filings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and provide high-level support across practice groups
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of defense litigation experience in a mid-to-large law firm
- Healthcare litigation experience is preferred, not required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle, including e-filing, discovery, and case management
- Experience with litigation software such as Relativity
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
This role requires a candidate who is flexible, responsive, and able to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Overtime may be required based on case demands.
