Provide strategic vision, financial leadership, and operational stewardship for the Rollins School of Public Health Oversee school-level financial services, human resources, fulfillment services, information technology, and research administration Serve as the official responsible for unit business decisions Serve on the school's executive committee in policy, decision-making, and strategic-plan alignment Advise the Dean on financial strategy, budget planning, and resource allocation Lead annual and long-range financial planning and management Partner with department chairs on strategic initiatives and funding needs Develop financial models and coordinate enrollment, tuition, scholarship, program, and degree impacts Provide financial and variance reports Lead development of financial dashboards, reports, and budget presentations Ensure HR efficiency and compliance, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, retention, and merit increases Partner on equity and retention concerns and develop action plans using market data Oversee facilities management, maintenance, renovations, space allocation, and capital projects Oversee information technology services and prioritize requests aligned with strategic goals Oversee research administration and coordinate fiscal, regulatory, and contractual compliance Review proposals and faculty effort plans and support large-grant planning and problem-solving Supervise direct reports, host quarterly directors meetings, sponsor the staff council, and coordinate staff development Requirements MBA or related master's degree 10 years of progressive accounting, financial, or related experience Management experience required Ideally, experience in a higher education setting Ability to comply with university policies, federal and state laws, and regulations Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational management within a higher education context, with a strong focus on compliance, human resources, and research administration.
