Sr. Finance Manager - Supply Chain

In this role you drive financial leadership for Bose's Global Supply Chain, partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, and Planning to link financial performance with operational decisions. You own the consolidated Supply Chain P&L, planning, and performance management while leading a small team of Financial Analysts. You translate complex data into actionable insights and balance short-term execution with long-term strategy. • Own FP&A for Global Supply Chain, including consolidated P&L, forecasts, annual plan, long-range planning, and management reporting
• Serve as strategic finance partner to Global Supply Chain leadership across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and customer service
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Financial Analysts
• Develop driver-based forecasts and plans for major cost components (materials, COGS, PPV, logistics, inventory, tooling, operating expenses)
• Lead monthly/quarterly Supply Chain performance reviews and communicate results, risks, opportunities, and actions to senior leaders
• Create an integrated view of Supply Chain performance with BU FP&A collaboration
• Evaluate strategic and operational decisions (sourcing, supplier negotiations, capacity, logistics, inventory, service)
• Establish and monitor KPIs to reveal drivers of performance and trade-offs across cost, inventory, service, quality, and efficiency
• Oversee cost savings and productivity initiatives, validating benefits and tracking impact
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases for major initiatives
• Lead month-end/quarter-end FP&A activities with Accounting and operations finance
• Improve FP&A capabilities via simplifying processes, data, Power BI, automation, and new tech
• Provide financial leadership across cross-functional and enterprise initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field
• 8+ years in progressive finance roles including FP&A, operations finance, or supply chain finance
• Experience owning/leading significant FP&A components (planning, forecasting, P&L analysis) in a complex org
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing financial analysts
• Strong understanding of global supply chain financial and operational drivers (COGS, costing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory)
• Ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with large data sets
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies or businesses
