Analyst - Finance GBS

Invesco seeks a GBS Analyst to drive accurate financial reporting and LPC activities across NA, Europe, and APAC. You will work within the Regional Shared Services Center to ensure timely close processes, reconciliations, and variance analyses supporting compliant reporting. The role partners with internal teams and audits, contributing to process improvements and automation. This is a hands-on finance role in a global firm with growth and collaboration at its core. You will help shape reliable, scalable financial operations that underpin business decisions.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting within deadlines
• Prepare and complete GL reconciliations focusing on liabilities and receivables, validating balances and resolving items
• Conduct account analyses and variance analyses, identify root causes, and document corrective actions
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and reporting
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and special projects
• Identify and help implement process improvements, automation, and standardization
• Support internal and external audit requests

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting in a corporate setting
• Candidacy for CPA preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials, preferred
• Experience supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, or financial reporting preferred
