Finance Manager - Merchandising Execution Team

In this role you drive financial leadership for the function, guiding planning, budgeting and performance metrics. You partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and deliver shareholder value as part of the strategic leadership team. You will analyze business performance, implement improvements and ensure processes align with policy. This role offers visibility across Finance, Real Estate, Operations and IT to shape financial strategy and outcomes.

• Understand the business and identify process and organizational improvements
• Participate in annual budget preparation and monitor monthly expenditures
• Review monthly metrics and ensure budget goals are met
• Perform financial planning for the function and provide strategic recommendations
• Coordinate work streams to perform financial activities and manage workload using metrics
• Ensure compliance with established policies and improve operational processes
• Drive key functional financial metrics
• Develop strategic alliances with business partners and participate in cross-functional initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional communication across Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations and IS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
• Sound judgement in cost-benefit analysis
