Manager, Finance - Core Merch

In this role you provide total financial leadership to the function, guiding analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics. You will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cost control and shareholder value. You lead strategic planning efforts, assess business performance, and implement process improvements. You will shape financial decisions and collaborate across Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and IS to support business goals. This position offers visibility, impact, and the chance to influence key financial outcomes.

• Strategic analysis and problem solving to understand the business and implement improvements
• Plan and execute department objectives and participate in annual budget preparation
• Review monthly expenditures and metrics to ensure budget goals are met
• Conduct financial planning for the function and provide recommendations
• Lead and coordinate work teams to perform financial activities and monitor workload using metrics
• Ensure operational processes comply with policies
• Drive key functional financial metrics
• Develop and support strategic partnerships with business units
• Participate in cross-functional activities to solve business issues and strengthen competitive advantage
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems

• Bachelor degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting, strategic planning, and resource allocation
• Project management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
