Senior Manager, Finance Operations

In this role you will partner with Operations, Metal Procurement, and non-Metal Procurement to drive financial leadership and actionable insights. You will support regional capex, opex, and procurement decisions, translating priorities into robust financial analysis. You'll lead cross-functional finance communications, develop scalable decision-support tools, and coach the team to improve forecasting and capital optimization. • Provide timely analysis of metal cost, operating cost, and Capex to support annual and strategic targets
• Support leadership decisions to improve P&L and cash flow
• Coordinate across plants, procurement, supply chain, and finance for consistent assumptions
• Review RFAs for sound business rationale and financial rigor
• Lead regional capex planning, tracking, and prioritization
• Partner with Operations and engineering to assess project economics and risks
• Support forecast, plan, and strategic planning processes with clear capex assumptions
• Build capability in the Business Finance team and establish scalable, transparent analytical frameworks
• Foster a high-performing, partnership-driven culture

• 7-10 years in Finance with substantive FP&A experience
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Experience in financial analysis for business partnering, forecasting, planning, and capital/procurement evaluation
• Manufacturing/ multinational environment experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with bias for action
