Senior Business Consultant - Content Supply Chain

In this role you will guide customers through transforming content workflows using Adobe's Content Supply Chain solutions. You will connect business goals to platform capabilities, design future-state operating models, and deliver configurations and integrations across Workfront, AEM Assets, and Fusion. You will lead discovery, governance, and change management while independently configuring solutions and building moderately complex automations. You will partner with technical teams on advanced integrations and ensure value realization for customers.

• Lead discovery workshops to map current processes and priorities, and propose future-state workflows and operating models.
• Define taxonomy, metadata standards, and governance; design intake, roles, approvals, and asset management use cases.
• Lead change management activities, training, SOPs, and adoption strategies; coordinate UAT and knowledge transfer.
• Independently configure and test forms, templates, workflows, reports, metadata, and permissions within standards.
• Build and maintain moderately complex Fusion workflows with mappings, API calls, data transformations, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot configurations and integrations, escalate architectural or code issues when needed.
• Manage scope, risks, and dependencies; establish KPIs and provide executive progress updates; support sales scoping.
• Ensure documented handoffs and governance for maintainable, value-focused implementations.

• 7+ years in business consulting, analysis, marketing ops, or transformation roles
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and enterprise content management
• Hands-on experience with Adobe's Content Supply Chain: Workfront, AEM Assets, and Fusion
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured workflows and requirements
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, field mappings, and data transformations
• Experience building and troubleshooting multi-step automations in Fusion or similar
• Strong facilitation and executive communication; willingness to travel up to 50%
