Manager, Business Initiatives and Data Management

In this role, you will lead ITC's data and analytics efforts to deliver self-service, enterprise reporting and enhanced client experiences. You will build and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models, manage Snowflake data sharing, and partner with ITC on strategic tech initiatives. You will train teams, translate requirements into actionable work and align data assets with firm-wide goals. This is a hands-on role at a global investment firm driving data-driven decision making and improved client interactions.

• Lead and refine ITC's business intelligence program, delivering self-service reporting via Power BI
• Build dynamic Power BI dashboards using DAX and Power Query; optimize data models in Snowflake
• Collaborate with ITC tech resources on project planning and enhancements
• Enhance client experience through data-driven client account portals
• Serve as data owner and SME for ITC data, providing training and access to stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors and translate requirements into sprints, epics, and stories in Confluence
• Oversee content management of non-structured data for ITC
• Support metric development, capture, and visualization across teams
• Lead strategic business initiatives with the head of ITC, including process documentation and future-state recommendations
• Develop workflows and AI-enabled processes (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency and narratives

• 5+ years in financial services with increasing responsibility
• Strong collaboration with internal partners to understand needs
• Broad knowledge of investment operations and institutional funds
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high emotional intelligence
• Ability to perform complex analysis and present data clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Query
• Power BI experience; Copilot is a plus
• Strong PowerPoint and project management presentation skills
