Join Our Team as a Dental Front Office Receptionist! Are you looking to be a part of a dynamic team in the dental industry? SmileDesign Dental is seeking a motivated individual to join our practice as a Dental Front Office Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Join us in our mission to provide comprehensive dental care services to patients in Gwinnett and surrounding areas. Daily Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule appointments and manage patient records Verify insurance coverage and process payments Answer phone calls, confirm dental appointments and address patient inquiries Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team Required Skills: Experience in working in a face paced environment Experience in with providing stellar customer service in a clinical area Woking effectively within a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience in Insurance verification Familiarity with processing payments Proficiency in computer usage Knowledge of dental terminolgy Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $16 to $20.00 hourly, depending on experience. In addition, we offer benefits such as dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, vacation leave, and paid time off.
