Senior HR Business Partner - GD SVC - On Site

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Vensure Employer Solutions, you will deliver customized HR services that support client retention and growth. You'll advise on federal and state compliance and manage HR deliverables across multi-state contexts, including on-site client engagement. You'll mentor Junior HRBPs and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth transitions and strong partnerships. You'll develop HR programs-handbooks, job descriptions, performance systems, compensation and succession planning-while mitigating risk. • Partner with Elite HR-Centric clients on compliance and strategic HR needs
• Oversee payroll trends, product consultations, and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with client, sales, and operations for successful transitions to Vensure
• Build strong client relationships and provide value-added HR guidance
• Develop client HR deliverables (handbooks, job descriptions, performance systems, compensation, onboarding, benchmarking, succession planning)
• Identify legal/regulatory HR concerns and coordinate coaching, terminations, and separation agreements
• Lead complex employee relations issues and investigations with HR leadership
• Mentor HRBPs and Associate HRBPs; operate with independence across multi-state HR matters
• Travel for onsite visits and remote client meetings to meet KPIs and profitability
• Provide training recommendations to improve operations and reduce liability
• Support HR projects and provide back-up coverage as needed

• Five years of HR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll platforms preferred
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
