Litigation Attorney with strong courtroom and case management experience. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to achieving outstanding results for clients.
About the Role This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing cases from start to finish. You'll take ownership of an active caseload, work closely with paralegals and other attorneys, and play a key role in preparing cases for trial.
Key Responsibilities- Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure deadlines and case objectives are met.
Qualifications- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Georgia.
- 4+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
