Must be a team player who takes pride in assisting injured victims of accidents fight for their right to recovery against powerful insurance companies attempting to profit through denying or minimizing legitimate compensation claims of ordinary folks for life-altering physical and emotional injuries caused by negligence of tortfeasors insured by callous insurance companies. Our team's work includes all aspects of vehicular, industrial and construction injury claims in pre-litigation and post-litigation phases; preparation of demand packages, complaint, discovery, motions, trial preparation and trial proceedings.
