Senior Manager, Business Tax Services

• Advise clients on full spectrum of corporate and individual tax services including planning, compliance, provision work, and M&A activities; assist with new business development
• Research, recognize, and resolve moderate to complex tax issues
• Analyze tax consequences for domestic and international taxation, including consolidated returns and reorganizations
• Conduct tax due diligence and prepare reports
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to share industry knowledge and experience
• Develop, motivate, and train staff-level team members

• Minimum eight years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience
• Bachelor's degree; CPA, EA, JD/LLM or other approved designation; deadline to obtain if not yet achieved
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Broad knowledge of corporate tax matters including provision and advisory with ASC 740
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
