Stafford Cutting Dies in Conyers, GA is hiring a full-time Die Repair Technician for our G.A. Service Center on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in their work, and wants to be a reliable go-to team member. If you have mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, we will teach you the rest.
Compensation and Schedule $18.00/hour | Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | Conyers, GA

What You Will Do
- Restore and repair cutting dies to OEM press-ready standards
- Convert raw materials into usable parts for die assembly
- Clean dieboards for revisions, repairs, and re-rules
- Triage and assess incoming tooling
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of die-making equipment
- Maintain organized inventory at acceptable stock levels
- Support daily operations including loading and unloading vehicles and making local deliveries as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We Are Looking For
- 1 year of hands-on experience with tools, machinery, or technical processes preferred
- Experience in a corrugated converting, manufacturing, or assembly environment is a plus
- Carpentry or cabinetry experience is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 75 lbs
