DDX Director, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics

As the Director, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, you will be responsible for leading the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including procurement, supplier management, inventory, logistics, and enterprise planning. This role owns the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and ensures alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead and own the company's SIOP process, including demand, supply, and executive alignment.
  • Direct overall supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet short- and long-term supply chain and production requirements.
  • Translate demand forecasts into ERP-driven production schedules and material plans.
  • Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier performance management.
  • Ensure availability of essential materials to meet production and market requirements.
  • Optimize logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Establish metrics for quality, cost, delivery, and inventory performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with DDX principles.
  • Ensure ERP system accuracy and effectiveness for planning and execution.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Maintain a positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
  • Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment
  • Provides adequate support, training and development to team members to continuously improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
  • Experience leading SIOP and ERP-driven planning processes.
  • Strong leadership, management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in accordance with our Company Values.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
