Site Supervisor - Garner, IA

A Site Supervisor manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. Site supervisors act as motivators, leaders, and mentors. It's a Site Supervisor's duty to guide front line cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company.

Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a key role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the cleaning of the facility (or facilities) assigned to you on a nightly/regular basis
• Train and support new employees
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and provide re-training to employees when necessary
• Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office
• Ensure compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures
• Enforce safety and security measures at all times
• Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English
• Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients, and employees
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must care about quality, be detail oriented, and work at an efficient pace
• Able to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• MUST BE OKAY WORKING IN A FACTORY ENVIRONMENT (USING PPE WHEN REQUIRED, EXPOSURE TO STRONG/UNPLEASANT ODORS)

Job Details:

• Located in Garner, IA
• 20-25 hours per week
• Hours vary between 4PM to 10PM Monday-Friday
• Some weekends required

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
