Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance strategy and delivery across critical energy assets. In this role, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, optimize use of CMMS tools, and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating across operations, engineering, and safety, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while supporting Constellation’s sustainability and performance goals. Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across energy assets Manage and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team and field resources Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Optimize use of CMMS/EAM systems for work management and asset performance tracking Drive root cause analysis and implement reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Manage maintenance budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures Coordinate with operations, engineering, and safety to align maintenance with production goals Oversee contractor and vendor performance and service-level agreements Monitor KPIs for asset reliability, downtime, and maintenance efficiency Support long-term asset management, outage planning, and capital project execution Maintenance planning and scheduling Asset reliability management CMMS/EAM systems Root cause analysis (RCA) Predictive and preventive maintenance Budgeting and cost control Regulatory and safety compliance Project management Data analysis and reporting Vendor and contractor management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Project Management Professional (PMP) OSHA Safety Certification Six Sigma/Lean Certification5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
