Virtual Territory Business Manager - Central Region - Remote

In this role you drive virtual sales, launch readiness, and market growth for eye care therapies. You partner with Retina specialists, ophthalmology centers, and genetic counselors to educate on disease state and enable patient access. You use data and digital tools to prioritize opportunities and execute coordinated launch plans with cross-functional teams. You will operate mainly through remote engagements, shaping adoption and patient impact. This is a high-impact, patient-focused opportunity in a collaborative, analytics-driven environment.

• Translate national brand strategy into territory plan and tactical activities to meet objectives
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education
• Maintain disease state and product knowledge to deliver compliant, impactful messaging
• Conduct high-quality virtual engagements using approved materials and digital resources
• Build relationships with ophthalmology stakeholders and other key healthcare contacts via digital channels
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to prioritize opportunities and improve performance
• Demonstrate ownership mindset with resource allocation and opportunity assessment
• Monitor lead/lag indicators and escalate competitive intelligence to sales leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions, plans, and activities
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/specialty healthcare or virtual sales experience with a track record of success
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred
• Virtual pharmaceutical sales or omnichannel engagement experience preferred
• Strong understanding of ophthalmology practices, retina centers, referral networks, and patient pathways
• Ability to develop and manage strategic account plans in a virtual environment
• Proven ability to influence treatment adoption through remote engagement channels
