Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a licensed Physical Therapist located in Ponderay, ID. The Physical Therapist will assess and treat patients to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, providing rehabilitation services, and educating patients on treatment strategies and home care techniques. The role also involves staying updated with best practices and ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and strong knowledge in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
• Proficiency in providing comprehensive Patient Care and personalized treatment plans
• Ability to deliver Home Care recommendations and techniques to support patient recovery
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Experience in working with individuals across diverse age groups and conditions
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
