Quality Control Manager

Pay: $89,500–$112,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Travel: Approximately 25% between two manufacturing facilities

Are you a quality-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement? We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality operations across two manufacturing sites. In this role, you'll lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, mentor a team of Quality Engineers, and partner with operations to deliver exceptional products and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and internal quality standards.
• Manage internal audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, and customer quality concerns.
• Partner with production leadership to improve product quality, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inspection and testing processes while serving as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System.
• Coach and develop Quality Engineers, establish performance goals, and identify training opportunities across both facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with SPC, PFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and other quality tools.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams, preferably across multiple locations.
• Manufacturing experience required; plastics or injection molding experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/quality systems preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally climb or balance throughout the workday.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise and occasional travel between facilities.
