Company Overview
Easy Healthcare Corporation is a leading, fast-growing provider of personal home healthcare products. Our sister brands, easy@Home and Premom, are top-selling names across global e-commerce platforms. The Premom ovulation tracker app is an innovative, data-driven ecosystem helping hundreds of thousands of women track their fertility and achieve their family-planning goals naturally.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between people operations and business goals, partnering directly with leadership across E-Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations.
Position Summary
The HRBP will serve as a strategic consultant and operational executioner for assigned business units. You will be responsible for aligning our talent strategy with our rapid business growth, cultivating an innovative culture, and driving initiatives across performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a lean, fast-paced, and collaborative healthtech/consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment
- Partner with senior leadership (including E-commerce, Tech, and Marketing heads) to understand business objectives and design proactive people strategies that support growth.
- Act as a trusted coach and advisor to managers, providing guidance on team restructures, succession planning, and performance management.
- Analyze HR metrics and data trends (turnover, engagement, hiring velocity) to deliver actionable insights and solutions to leadership.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future headcount needs, particularly across specialized roles like digital marketing, creator/influencer marketing, and mobile app engineering.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and orientation experience that integrates new hires into Easy Healthcare's unique entrepreneurial and compliance-focused culture.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations, coaching, and data-backed resolution strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws (specifically navigating Illinois requirements) to mitigate risk.
- Partner with legal and data security teams to reinforce internal policies around health data privacy and workplace compliance training.
Culture & Performance Management
- Drive the annual performance review cycle, helping managers set measurable KPIs aligned with our fast-moving market demands.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that connect cross-functional, hybrid, and potentially cross-border/bilingual teams.
- Promote a high-performance culture rooted in equity, data security, and consumer care.

- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface comfortably with C-suite executives and entry-level staff alike.
- Agility: A proven track record of handling ambiguity, pivoting quickly in response to market shifts, and balancing strategic vision with hands-on administrative execution.
Preferred:
- Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR).
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Mandarin is a strong plus given cross-border supply chain and vendor partnerships).
- Experience supporting teams working with automated platforms, digital marketing, or mobile application development.
