Job Details Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or related roles within commercial construction Proven experience leading preconstruction efforts on complex, large-scale projects Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, budgeting, and cost planning Experience with design-assist, design-build, or CM at-risk delivery methods Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in estimating software and construction technology platforms Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction means and methods Experience collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Ability to lead value engineering and constructability reviews Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with lifecycle cost analysis and total cost-of-ownership evaluations Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and high-performance building strategies Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Interested in hearing more?
