Corporate Finance Attorney

We are working with a top AmLaw firm who is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join our Corporate Finance practice. This role may be based in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, or Miami

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience, with a focus on finance and banking
• Strong analytical and writing skills and a solid academic background
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction where the role is based
