About the Role
Rincker Law is seeking a to support a dynamic business-focused practice. This role will primarily support an attorney overseeing , with the attorney managing oversight rather than performing day-to-day paralegal tasks.
This position is ideal for a paralegal who enjoys owning processes, improving systems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, particularly in trademarks and ongoing business compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle business formation and ongoing maintenance, including annual reports and compliance filings
Manage
trademark administration, including filings, deadlines, renewals, and docketing
Assist with trademark-related correspondence and recordkeeping
Support transactional work, including contracts, renewable energy lease correspondence, and related documentation
Maintain organized records and proactively track deadlines and renewals
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure smooth handoff, reporting, and oversight
Qualifications
4+ years of paralegal experience in
business law, trademarks, or transactional workDemonstrated experience managing trademarks independently (filings, renewals, tracking)
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing recurring compliance obligations
Ability to take ownership of processes and follow them consistently
Experience working with attorneys in a supervisory/management structure
