Location(s): CA, DC, GA, MA, NY, TX, VA
Salary: $235,000 to $455,000
Top global firm is seeking quality patent litigation associates for its patent litigation and disputes group.
Duties:
-Support/handle litigation of patent matters involving emerging and innovative technologies
-Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and/or the PTAB
-Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
-Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
-Preference given for experience with hearings, trials, and other proceedings
Skills:
-1–8 years of experience with patent litigation and/or disputes
-Undergrad and/or advanced degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
-Active license to practice law
-Preference given for law school GPA of 3.5 or higher
