A leading international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Finance Practice Area in any of their Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas offices.

Qualified applicants must have 5-6 years of corporate and transactional experience focused in the Finance & Banking area. Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background. Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located.
