Job Details
What You'll Do:
You'll be embedded as the client's day-to-day construction partner — their eyes, ears, and voice on the ground — while leading a full portfolio of capital projects. Specifically, you'll:
  • Act as the owner's representative across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases
  • Lead, coordinate, and advise multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, GCs, and subcontractors
  • Drive schedule, budget, and scope accountability across all assigned projects in the program
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at the executive and facilities leadership level
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction standards (ICRA, ILSM, infection control protocols in active/occupied facilities)
  • Identify risks early and lead proactive mitigation strategies

What You Bring:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of healthcare construction project management experience — owner's rep, facilities, or client management
  • Strong command of healthcare programming, planning, design, and construction processes
  • Understanding of inpatient and ambulatory operational environments
  • Proven track record in client advocacy and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred / Bonus Points:
  • 10+ years of healthcare construction experience
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) designation
