Finance AI Data Strategy Manager

In this role, you will shape and execute Finance AI and Data strategies for top global clients, driving AI-enabled transformation of finance functions. You'll own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and delivery, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to unlock revenue growth, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage. You'll work across platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent, with a focus on scalable, responsible AI. This is a high-impact, client-facing role at scale offering opportunity to define AI-led finance for an industry.

• Shape finance AI and data strategies tied to real business outcomes
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders
• Architect technology platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent plans
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models to fund and sequence roadmaps
• Assess AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infrastructure
• Leverage scaled agile disciplines to sequence delivery of data elements and data products
• Embed Responsible AI principles from the start to differentiate and build trust
• Drive commercialization by identifying AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships
• Coordinate large-scale, global delivery across multi-stakeholder environments
• Support travel up to 80% depending on client needs

• 5+ years of AI & Data Strategy experience
• 5+ years of Finance AI and Data work
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams in complex environments
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery
• 5+ years working with corporate Finance processes, functions, and systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (with Associate's degree path specified)
