Oracle Finance Senior Consultant

In this role you enable clients to realize value from Oracle Cloud Financials by defining cloud strategies and delivering transformation. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes, and support transformative initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making. You join a team dedicated to turning cloud capabilities into measurable business outcomes. The opportunity combines hands-on implementation with coaching and cross-functional collaboration, offering meaningful impact at scale.

• Capture requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Lead fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support planning
• Design current-state and future-state processes and identify efficiency and control improvements
• Prepare deliverables and coordinate workstreams across project phases
• Support internal business development and pursuit materials
• Mentor and coach junior team members to build capability

• Functional implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (2+ full lifecycle implementations)
• 3+ years' experience in Oracle Cloud Financials modules
• Experience documenting requirements, conducting fit-gap, process design, and training support
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
