Corporate Strategy Senior Consultant (Business Planning & Management)

In this role, you will lead small to mid-size projects and contribute to larger initiatives addressing strategic issues for Blue System. You will apply rigorous analysis, conduct primary and secondary research, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leaders. You'll develop executive deliverables, present recommendations, and influence decision-making while mentoring junior staff. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and analytics, offering impact through cross-functional collaboration and storytelling with data.

• Lead mid-size projects and portions of larger projects
• Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize findings
• Develop executive deliverables and present findings to decision makers
• Support strategic planning including BCBS Plan engagement
• Provide coaching and oversight to junior staff

• Bachelor in related discipline
• 5+ years of related business experience
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to lead hypothesis development
• Ability to generate actionable insights from analysis
• Effective written and verbal communication, including facilitation and presentations
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with health insurance concepts
• Strong relationship-building and influence skills
• Mentoring skills for junior staff
• Preferred: AI literacy and understanding of generative AI tools
