Per Mar Security Services is hiring a reliable 3rd Shift Security Officer to protect client sites overnight. In this on-site role, you’ll control access, conduct foot or vehicle patrols, monitor alarms and cameras, and respond to incidents while providing professional customer service. You’ll complete clear, accurate reports and follow site post orders to ensure safety and asset protection. Monitor site access and verify identities of visitors, employees, and contractors Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, and critical areas Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established procedures Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations Operate CCTV, alarm panels, and communication equipment as required Provide professional customer service and assist clients, guests, and employees Complete clear, accurate daily activity, incident, and shift reports Follow site-specific post orders and company security protocols Collaborate with supervisors, dispatch, and local authorities when needed Maintain a high level of reliability, punctuality, and integrity on 3rd shift Access control Report writing Incident response CCTV monitoring Patrol procedures Radio communication De-escalation techniques Basic computer skills Alarm response Customer service Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State security guard license (or ability to obtain) Clean background check Valid driver’s license CPR/First Aid certification preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
