Dreyer Medical Clinic, located just 40 miles west of Chicago in the Aurora/Naperville area, has nearly 200 providers in 28 specialties. Dreyers vision is to provide the best health outcomes and build lifelong relationships with the patients we serve. Dreyer is seeking a full time (5 days a week) Nurse Practitioner who understands general Internal Medicine and has at least 5 years experience as an adult Nurse Practitioner including both inpatient & outpatient care for chronic and acute patient conditions. Direct Nephrology experience is a plus!Must have superior assessment skills, excellent documentation, is well-organized, efficient, creative, extremely customer service oriented and hard working. Must be able to coordinate care and have exceptional communication skills.This position will collaborate closely with our Nephrologists and includes hospital rounding, clinic, dialysis and nursing home consults.
