Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Stockton

Pay Range: $32-$40 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

• Night Shift: 12-hour shifts

• Open Hours: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Allure of Stockton is seeking caring and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our dedicated nursing team. Our nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while leading and supporting nursing assistants in a collaborative environment.

The RN/LPN participates in the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. This role includes overseeing CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a supportive, resident-focused setting.

• Current and unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license

• CPR certification preferred (not required)

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

• Provide and oversee care to ensure resident health, safety, and well-being

• Direct, support, and mentor CNAs on your team

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans

• Identify and communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, NPs, staff, and families

• Administer medications, treatments, and direct care as ordered

• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Ensure smooth shift transitions through effective communication

• Document care accurately in PointClickCare (EHR)
