Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Mason City, IL area. Youll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What Youll Do:
Provide PT services
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What Were Looking For:
IL Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
