Partner with operating room, sterile processing, and biomedical teams to set up video systems, prepare instruments, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to help ensure surgical readiness. Support operating room, sterile processing, and biomedical teams with KARL STORZ equipment. Set up video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment. Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use. Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and facilitate service transactions. Resolve real-time equipment issues in operating rooms to support procedures.
