A leading complex litigation group is hiring a mid-level associate (3-6 years) to defend blue chip clients in high-stakes, national and international matters, with a focus on product liability and commercial disputes in aviation and transportation. What you'll bring: Strong writing background (clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication) Full litigation lifecycle experience: discovery, motions, expert work, trial Superior academic credentials Strong grasp of complex legal issues spanning contract, jurisdiction, choice-of-law, and admiralty law Appellate clerkship experience strongly preferred A technical background in aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences is a plus.
