About the Role - This firm is seeking an associate or counsel level attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience managing and handling complex litigation matters, including medical malpractice, professional liability and commercial litigation. Qualified candidates will have outstanding persuasive writing skills and substantial experience drafting a broad array of motions, including but not limited to motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. Significant deposition experience is required, as this role will include taking and defending depositions of parties, lay witnesses and experts.
