Jobot seeks a Corporate Attorney to provide strategic legal counsel within our professional, scientific, and technical services environment. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on corporate governance, risk, and compliance, and support transactions and partnerships that fuel our growth. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate complex legal issues into practical guidance. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, vendor, client, and partnership agreements. Advise leadership on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance impacting staffing and recruiting services. Support M&A, strategic transactions, and key business initiatives with legal research and due diligence. Develop, refine, and implement internal policies, templates, and best practices to streamline legal processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, finance, and sales to align legal guidance with business goals. Monitor relevant laws and regulations, proactively recommending updates to contracts and practices.
