Shift: 1st
Description: Quality Control Inspector Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pay Range: $19 - $23 per hour
Performance to Hire Essential Job Functions: Conduct inspection of all manufactured parts, with a primary focus on final inspection. Perform internal calibration. Identify parts that deviate from acceptable tolerances based on work orders. Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong math skills and ability to read work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings. Familiar with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and PMI equipment.
Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting of small parts (under 10 lbs.) and occasional lifting (10 lbs. or more). Routine standing, sitting, bending, and stooping. Occasional pushing and pulling of materials using pallet jacks. Personal protective equipment required (steel-toe safety footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection). Problem Solving & Decision Making: Able to identify deviations from acceptable tolerances in parts. Work closely with the QC Supervisor for guidance when needed.
